California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB)
Formed in 1969 as an instrumentality of the California Department
of Food and Agriculture to promote California dairy products in
an ever-growing and competitive marketplace.

A non-profit trade association that represents milk and dairy
processors on legislative and regulatory matters at the state
and federal levels.
U.S. Dairy Export
Council
A non-profit independent membership organization that represents
the interests of U.S. milk producers, dairy cooperatives, proprietary
processors, export traders and industry suppliers.

The Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch (MDFS) is charged with the
mission and responsibility of ensuring that California's milk,
milk products, and products resembling milk products are safe
and wholesome, meet microbial and compositional requirements and
are properly labeled.

to learn more about the latest trends in Organic Dairy management.
